采用SKC氣檢管簡(jiǎn)單易用,易于閱讀,不需要泵,圖表,或?qū)嶒?yàn)室分析。劑量管系統(tǒng)允許操作員進(jìn)行很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)如工作班次的暴露水平。
把SKC氣體檢測(cè)管管端簡(jiǎn)單折斷,插入管座的管??諝鈹U(kuò)散被動(dòng)地通過管與檢測(cè)試劑在反應(yīng),給人一種顏色變化的結(jié)果,是在印刷尺度表示。試管架可以固定在工人的呼吸帶,或安裝在工作區(qū)作為一個(gè)地區(qū)監(jiān)測(cè)。
使用一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的方程,產(chǎn)生一段時(shí)間–俗稱時(shí)間加權(quán)平均暴露濃度(TWA)。計(jì)算ppm級(jí)簡(jiǎn)單易讀的印刷刻度管上的曝光測(cè)量每百萬小時(shí)部分(PPM小時(shí)),并把閱讀的時(shí)間采樣數(shù)。
注:美國(guó)SKC測(cè)量二氧化碳時(shí),安裝管架在工人的腰,而不是在他們的呼吸區(qū)。
