亨士樂磁旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器的工作原理
閱讀:988 發(fā)布時間:2015-2-3磁旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器主要由磁阻傳感器、充磁磁鼓、信號處理電路和機械結(jié)構(gòu)部分組成。它采用磁阻變化原理檢測微弱磁場信號的變化。磁鼓刻錄成等間距的小磁極,磁極被磁化后,磁鼓在旋轉(zhuǎn)時能在周圍空間分布周期性變化的磁場。在一定的間距上,這個磁場的Y方向分量在每個磁極的正上方位置,磁旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器的值為零;在相鄰磁極的正中位置,它的值為zui大。
磁鼓旋轉(zhuǎn)時磁阻元件由于具有磁阻效應,磁旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器的阻值會隨著磁場的改變而改變,在外加電勢的作用下,變化的電阻值導致電阻上的電壓變化,橋式電路的輸出端的電壓也就隨之發(fā)生變化。因此,橋式電路的輸出信號和磁鼓的旋轉(zhuǎn)是緊密相聯(lián)的。磁鼓每旋轉(zhuǎn)一個磁化長度,磁場變化半周,信號輸出則變化一個周期,磁鼓上磁極對的數(shù)量和輸出信號的周期數(shù)在旋轉(zhuǎn)一周時是相等的。所以通過測定輸出信號的周期數(shù)或周期時間就可知道磁鼓的位置和旋轉(zhuǎn)速度了。可查看磁性編碼器的更多介紹。
