CVD石墨烯合成系統(tǒng)
巨納集團CVD石墨烯合成系統(tǒng)采用*制造工藝,造型新穎結構合理,安全可靠,可以生長大面積高質量的單層石墨烯薄膜。該系統(tǒng)采用了模塊化設計方案,可以按客戶需求靈活的為每一個模塊選擇合適的配置。其集成化控制系統(tǒng)擁有非常友好的人機界面,所有功能實現(xiàn)一體機(觸摸液晶屏)顯示操作,更方便、快捷;其加熱系統(tǒng)能進行多段式溫度精準控制,并能實現(xiàn)雙向高精度導軌式移動,達到快速降溫以及分區(qū)域加熱;其真空系統(tǒng)可通過微流閥精確控制抽氣速率,實現(xiàn)腔體中真空度的精準控制;其流量控制系統(tǒng)采用進口316L不銹鋼膜片閥和防爆型壓力變送器,利用數(shù)字質量流量計實現(xiàn)多路供氣;本系統(tǒng)還提供整套氣體解決方案,并配備了危險氣體泄漏報警系統(tǒng)。
System Description:
Our Sunano system adopts the international advanced manufacturing technology, with novel, reliable and modularized design scheme. With a modularized design scheme, the customers could select the appropriate configuration for each module according to their unique demand. The integrated control system has a very friendly interface, with all functions been operated in a LCD touch panel. The heating unit can make multi-section programmable temperature control, and can realize bidirectional precise track guided movement. Through a micro-flow valve, the vacuum pumping rate could be accuray controlled, which makes the chamber pressure within precision control from 0.1-300Pa. The gas flow control unit adopts 316L stainless steel diaphragm valve and explosion-proof pressure transmitter, and can realize multiple-gas feed using digital flow meters. The system also provides solution for the whole set of gas supply, and leakage alarm for combustible gas.
